This new electronic process has replaced the Request for Transfer Form.

An Internal Job Transfer Request can only be submitted when a position is actively posted within Peoplesoft.

If you want to apply for more than one position or shift, you must submit an application for each individual requisition within Peoplesoft.

You are encouraged to attach your resume within Peoplesoft.

You must meet the minimum qualifications, as listed on the job posting, of the vacant position.

You must have been in your present position for a minimum of six months.

Transfer cannot be considered if you are currently in a written level or above of the Corrective Action Process.

A Request for Transfer does not guarantee placement into that position. Internal Job Transfer Requests applicants will complete an interview process.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE NEW ELECTRONIC PROCESS:
From Work:
Step 1: Access MHPNet Home Page Step 2: Click on the Peoplesoft Self Service tile Step 3: Click on the "Sign-In" link at the top right hand corner of the page. Step 4: Enter your Peoplesoft Self-Service User ID and Password (see log-in instructions, if unknown) Step 5: Choose "Careers" under Recruiting Activities Step 6: Click on posting title for the job you want to view Step 7: Choose Apply Now and complete the application
From Home:
Step 1: Go to Peoplesoft Self Service link (may be obtained through MHPNet or your site HR office) Step 2: Enter your Peoplesoft Self-Service User ID and Password (see log-in instructions, if unknown) Step 3: Choose "Careers" under Recruiting Activities Step 4: Click on posting title for the job you want to view Step 5: Choose Apply Now and complete the application
